Lucarion Lynandris

He is an arrogant mage who wishes to "cure" himself of death, seeking to become a lich. He has access to chronomancy and with it is currently keeping himself from dying, freezing his body in time.

In truth, he is terrified of dying after seeing war first hand in the Northern Reaches as a war mage for the Empire. Seeing his friends die from horrific wounds, mundane and magical, has driven him to seek a way to avoid such a fate at all costs.

His magic lets him predict the future to a certain extent. He is able to predict the moves of others and adjust his plans and actions accordingly.
